Autumn Fair

Following the Harvest Service on Sunday many of the flower arrangements and plants will be on sale at the Autumn Fair, Tuesday 10th October, 9.45 a.m. – 12.00 noon.  There will also be cakes, bric a brac and books as well as drinks and snacks or come for lunch and enjoy some home made soup and crusty bread.  All proceeds will go towards buying an ambulance for the Magen David Adom medical emergency service.

Our next Family Service at Cross Street Church will be on Sunday 3rd September, 11.00 – 11.50 a.m. followed by coffee and cookies while the children play.  As always it will be a child-friendly service for all the family.

Coffee Morning

Last month Cross Street Church had a food hygiene inspection and was given a level 5 ( the highest level).  Coffee Morning at Cross Street Church on Tuesdays, 9.45 a.m. – 12.00 noon, restarting on Tuesday 12th September.  Hot and cold drinks and snacks all at very reasonable prices. Second hand clothes and bric-a-brac sold to raise money for a different charity each month. A great place to meet up with friends or to make new friends.  Call in for a coffee.

Friends and Heroes Children’s Holiday Club

Tuesday 29th  August – Friday 1st September, 10.00 a.m. – 12.30 p.m. For children aged 5 – 11 years. Admission £1.00 per day Activities include: Friends and Heroes DVD, singing, Wii, Xbox 360 & PS3 games, air hockey, table football and crafts.  There will be a tuck shop and refreshments. Booking forms will be available from the second week of July from cross Street Church or Congleton Information Centre.

Holiday at Home 2017
