Holiday at Home

A holiday in Congleton for the over 55′s was enjoyed by over 50 people this year.  Those who attended were treated to interesting talks, demonstrations and a tasting session by Alison Bond and George Golding, a health and wellbeing day led by nutritionist Rachel David, butterfly themed craft activities led by Andrew Calvert and Paul Bayley and Magic with a Message by Geoff Bechingham were all greatly appreciated.  The excellent food prepared by Laura Bayley made it a week to be remembered and those who attended are already looking forward to Holiday at Home 2019!  Many thanks to...

Christians from various Churches united on Bosley Cloud for the annual Sunrise Service.  The early risers were in high spirits as they celebrated the resurrection of Jesus with hymns, Bible reading and prayers.

Easter Breakfast

The Easter Breakfast and Family Service was a great success. The breakfast included cereals, toast, fruit, croissants, yoghurts and bacon & sausage baps.  After breakfast there was a Family Service followed by an Easter message for the adults while the children enjoyed an Easter egg hunt.

Town Mayor visits Quest

The Town Mayor, Charles Booth visited Quest this week.  He enjoyed playing table football and air hockey with some of the children before talking to them about his personal story of how he came to faith in Jesus Christ and the change that this has made in his life.

Watoto Children’s Choir

Many thanks to all those who attended the Watoto Children’s Choir concert on 16th February.  Donations received amounted to £1,097 which will go to support the Watoto villages in Uganda where orphans are cared for.
