Response to the coronavirus pandemic

In response to Government advice Cross Street Church has cancelled all services and activities until further notice.
During these uncertain times let’s do everything that we can to take care of each other, keep as sense of community and bring all our anxieties to the Lord and “the peace of God which passes all understanding will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 4.7)
Our plans during this crisis are as follows:
The Tuesday Afternoon Fellowship will be sharing telephone numbers and keeping in touch to support one another.

Support will be given to vulnerable members of the congregation who do not have relatives living nearby.
We are planning to have a weekly sermon on the church website: www.crossstreetchurch.co.uk and a large print summary of the message posted to some elderly members of the congregation who do not have internet access.

The weekly sermon and Kidz Church will be available to watch on the Church Youtube page: Cross Street Church, Congleton.

Weekly action songs and Bible stories will be posted on the Cross Street Parent and Toddler Group facebook page.

Notification of announcements and non personal prayer requests will be done by email to those on our email mailing list.

We will be holding two weekly Zoom meetings:  Thursdays at 7.15 p.m. – Bible Study and communion & Sundays at 6.00 p.m. – Testimonies and prayer.

Personal prayer requests will be sent to members and worshipers by text message or email.

Wishing you all God’s richest blessing,

Andrew
